As part of its series of sessions to help support Finnish startups access the Japanese market, FJCC organised a session on friendly startup ecosystems and accelerators in Japan. The event was organised in partnership with Northlink Partners.
During the informative event, speakers Niilo Kervinen and Mikael Malmivaara of Northlink Partners shared practical information to help startups, including:
- Which Japanese regions cater to which verticals
- What kinds of support, services, and programs are available for startups in each location
- Who are the various support actors
- What are the requirements to access them
Intended as a first step for interested startups to explore the various market entry possibilities in Japan, the event offered attendees a wealth of information.
